Just as we are going to press it has been announced that the Chittlehampton Village Hall has been awarded funding from National Grid’s Community Matters Fund for “Setting up a registered “Warm Space” in the Village Hall. This will allow the Hall and Meeting Room to be open as warm spaces on one morning a week between now and the end of March. Tuesday is the chosen day, between 9:30 and 12:30.

Free tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided as will wi-fi and the ability to charge phones. There will be books, jigsaw puzzles, board games, colouring, a chance to meet up and to have a chat.

The hall group are looking to develop the activities offered organically, so come in and let them know your ideas.  Watch out for posters and  on Facebook. There may be free activities too.
