Booking Process

  1. Check the current hiring rates, available below.
  2. Go to the Booking Form which is under the drop down menu at the top
  3. Select a day, or multiple days, in the booking calendar and complete the form. For public events, limit multiple bookings to a single calendar month.
  4. An acknowledgement will be sent to your email address.
  5. A invoice will be sent to your email address with the BACS details and reference number
  6. On receipt of payment, the Booking Administrator will confirm your booking.
  7. Public Events will then display on the ‘Whats On?’ page.
